Terms of Service

1. The service

Elomentum analyzes public Lichess games from the usernames you link to your account, identifies quantified weaknesses, suggests a training plan and compares your successive reports.

Results are statistical indications meant to help you train. No improvement or rating gain is guaranteed.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your sign-in details and for keeping your access private. You may only link Lichess usernames that belong to you; a verification may be required.

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes one rapid-time-control report per username. The Progression plan ($7 per month or $60 per year) and the Intensive option (+$3 per month, which requires the Progression plan) are paid subscriptions. Prices are in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record: it collects payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and issues invoices. Taxes are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until then, after which your account returns to the Free plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, deliberate overloading, automated scraping of our content, or resale of access to your account.

We may suspend an account in case of clear abuse, after notifying the user where possible.

6. Intellectual property and third parties

The service, its code, texts and visual identity belong to JOE STUDIO. Games remain the property of their players and come from public sources.

Elomentum is not affiliated with Lichess. This name belongs to its owner.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Analysis depends on the availability of the game platforms.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service over the previous 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the update date is shown at the top of the page. We will let you know of any significant change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
